Pet care experience
Hey there! I’ve had dogs in my family for my whole life. It started with Bentley the springer spaniel when I was 2 who was basically my brother as an only child! Since then, I’ve looked after family, friends and strangers dogs in my homes or theirs. I’ve looked after the smallest mini dachshund to the biggest red fox lab as well as every personality of cat! I absolutely love a walk and confident enough to walk on or off the lead - whatever your preference.
Reviews
Chelsea had both of my small dogs board at her home for a week. She replied to every message (a lot!) and sent photo's and videos during the whole thing. They were treated like princesses and I couldn't of asked for anything better!
Met for a meet and greet beforehand which was very comforting. Robin stayed at her house for a weekend and was very spoilt. I received photo's throughout the whole boarding.
Chelsea house and cat sat for a long weekend. She sent pictures and videos throughout of my kitkats throughout and the house was left cleaner than when I left it. Would not hesitate to recommend her!

Safety, trust & environment
Our house is a 2 bedroom semi-detached with a very secure fenced and grasses garden. We have loads of local walks within walking distance if they’re not a fan of the car. We also love to take dogs down to the pub for socialising etc. rather than leaving them at home alone. We do however, live on a main road and so if cats are to board, they will need to stay within the house at all times. We do have the space to have a crate if your pet is crate trained as well as a speaker in the space to play the radio whilst we are out. I absolutely love a walk and confident enough to walk on or off the lead - whatever your preference. Your pet will be allowed on the sofa, taken out regularly, fed on time and if they usually sleep on the bed, that can also be arranged! (the red fox lab I have insists on it!) They really will become part of the family whilst they’re here!

Information chelsea k. would like to know about your pet
We like to do a lot of walking so it’s important to know their skills off the lead as well as their socialising skills. It would also be helpful to know what they are like when home alone, do they like the radio on? Shall we shut them in one particular room etc. Finally, the food of course!!
A typical day
Depending on the size/breed of dog, every day will start with a morning walk in the fields behind my house. There are no livestock so no risk of ticks!! The fields turn into woods which is great for those little noses. This walk has minimal other dogs. Another walk option is the local park which is a 5 minute walk and is enclosed with lots of dogs - great for socialising if your dog enjoys that! We’re happy to go walking wind/rain or shine! Whilst in the house we will ensure good manners and behaviours like paw for a treat and wait for their dinner and in general just play with toys, hide and seek with treats etc. We take a lot of the dogs we sit out and about with us to the pub or local cafes.

Availability
I work full time and my partner works shift so are sitting is limited to weekends. Cats: if you’re happy for them to be left at home all day, I can do any dates. Dogs: again, I work from home on Fridays so if it’s a long weekend you’re going for we can arrange for drop off Thursday night. We can be fairly flexible if we have enough notice.
