Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Chelsea and I’m a cat sitter/cat whisperer. I have walked dogs in the past and love them all but cats are much more my speed. I’m a volunteer foster with Community Cat Club and I currently have 5 cats of my own (plus my outdoor feral buddy that I care for)
Reviews
Chelsea was responsive took great care of my cat and gave me good updates despite my cat being extremely skittish in a new house.
Chelsea did a great job of caring for our cats. She took time to send daily updates and even managed to make our Grumpy Lump cat happy. 100% recommend for pet care needs.
Thank you, Chelsea! Eli the Yorkie loves you and so do we.
Chelsea does a great job taking care of my cats when I’m gone. She sends thoughtful updates and plays with them, and I feel like she really cares. Thanks, Chelsea!

I respect the pet parents house rules as well as their pets boundaries. I make sure the home is clean and secure, that your pet is safe and happy. I love photo shoots so be prepared for many high quality photos of your pets in action! I’m also happy to bring in mail, packages, water plants and some some tidying up after the animals (vacuuming up around the litter box and taking out trash/recycling at the end of the booking period). Please keep sufficient inventory of cleaning supplies in case of accidents! I will do my best to work out stains but ultimately I am only human and cats can be rude as hell about where they choose to vomit. Most of all, I believe that trust goes both ways. It’s not lost on me that you’ve left your cats and your home to me. I respect your home, your belongings, and your rules. I also expect that pet parents will notify me of any security measures/systems at the home where I will be working for my own safety and privacy. This includes cameras outside and inside of the home (the areas where I will have to access in order to care for your cats). It’s totally okay if you set up a pet cam to check in on your babes, I only ask that you tell me about them. Keys should be available upon booking/meet and greet and I will leave the keys in a previously agreed upon location. If I have to make multiple trips to collect or deliver keys, there will be an additional fee for my time and travel.
Information Chelsea H. would like to know about your pet
If I am concerned for the safety or health of your pet, I will promptly inform you and will work with your family vet on next steps. I expect that any health conditions, behavioral issues, medications, dietary needs and supplements are revealed prior to the booking being accepted.
A typical day
typical visits with my cat friends will include playing with every toy we can find. My favorites are wands, cat trees, tunnels, and catnip. in a pinch, an empty cardboard box and a ball of tinfoil is all anyone needs. Maybe we’ll set up some bird watching videos on the iPad or indulge in a churu or two.

Availability
Rover is not my full-time job and it is also not my part-time job. Please think of me as your trusted neighbor! I’ll respect your time and boundaries and I expect the same generosity in return 😊 Appointments are available primarily during the evenings and weekends, however I would prefer at least 2 weeks notice for new clients ahead of bookings in order to prepare an efficient schedule.
