Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with two Labradors named Kona and Bella back home before moving away to college. I constantly miss their fun, spirited attitudes so I recently decided to make dogs my priority in life. I have experience in working with them at Camp Bow Wow and at the Nebraska Animal Medical Center. I have participated in courses covering animal science and the behavior of dogs in a therapeutic sense at UNL. I go out of my way to make all animals feel loved. Pets should be treated as family and nothing less, which is how I treat all the animals I help. One day I hope to work with the dogs and provide therapy options for those with anxiety disorders.
