Growing up on a farm in rural Iowa, I've never known life without dogs and never want to! From my very first best friend, Daisy May, our family Sheltie, I've had personal, hands-on experience with Miniature Greyhounds, Australian Shepards, Border Collie's, Jack Russel Terriers, Huskies, Vizslas, several doodle mixes and mixed breeds. All with different shapes, sizes, and personalities, each doggy has stolen my heart in their own way. These days I spend my time at home with my fur baby, a Bordoodle named Willow, who is just about to turn three! I've trained with a professional Certified in Canine Studies (CCS) in Seattle since Willow was 8 weeks old. Our training includes positive reinforcement, puppy play/socialization, clicker use, basic and advanced behavior skills, and recall. Though we have chosen more formal training for Willow, my background provides experience with many personalities and training levels. With a yard, Eastside Park virtually in my backyard, CSU half a mile away, and Old Town just over a mile, the adventure possibilities for your pup are endless! I love a good snuggle and lazy day just as much as one full of adventures. Getting your pooch give me that goofy smile and happy tail wag is my biggest goal during our time together.
