Safe. Caring. Fun.
Pet care experience
Growing up, I have had the privilege of having many dogs! I have had a Cocker Spaniel, Chihuahua, and a German Shepard mix. I am very comfortable with caring for all kinds of pets because my extended family had pets of all sorts (Including my grandpa who remarkably has 5 cats and 3 dogs). My family could always count on me for checking on their pets and pet sitting overnight incase they went on trips. Now that I am in my 20s, working professionally with a hybrid office schedule, I unfortunately don't have the capacity to own a dog myself. However, I do have the time to service and care for your pets whenever needed! My love for pets extend to more than just my own. I keep up with different dog trainers on social media, so that I am always learning new ways to connect and train pets.
Reviews
We left our dog with Chelsea for 1.5 weeks. We received regular updates from her and she sent pics, which helped us know he was relaxed and comfortable. Our dog loves people, but doesn’t like other dogs. Chelsea’s updates addressed that and made us even more comfortable. Drop off and pickup was very easy for where she lives. This was our first experience using her and Rover. Chelsea made the overall process pretty easy too. We do recommend Chelsea for other dogs and we will definitely try to use her in the future too.
Our second time booking with Chelsea and she took great care of my shih tzu over the weekend. She's very dependable and super friendly too!
Sadie had a great time with Chelsea. Our flight was delayed, and Chelsea was very accommodating on pick up day. We are very happy and highly recommend her services.
Chelsea was amazing! Happy Buster was able to stay with her and her bf. Looks like he really enjoyed his time and was comfortable

I live in a one bedroom apartment in the heart of Kakaako. There is plenty of parks and grassy areas nearby for your pets to enjoy during their potty breaks. I also enjoy going on long walks around the neighborhood, as well as going on easy, dog-friendly hikes. Kakaako is known for being very pet friendly with so many cute cafes and parks to visit nearby. I also live with my boyfriend, who is around to give extra love to your pet (he has experience with all types of dogs, but he personally grew up with a Basenji)!

Information Chelsea G. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know of commands and the language that’s typically used with your pet regularly! I love to practice what they are familiar with. For example: Potty vs peepee/poopy time? Paw vs shake? Are there any release commands when your pet is waiting to eat their meal? Please also let me know if your dog has any particular behaviors or fears when being left alone, meal time, or noises. I have experience with injecting cats with diabetes medication, giving dogs their anti anxiety medication for fear of fireworks, and have experience with prepping a raw food diet for pets. I have had experience with dogs who have been reactive when being left alone although I would not prefer this in case of small errands (1-2hours) needed to be run during the day.
A typical day
On a typical day, I would wake up and let your pet relief themselves on a potty break with some outside time before heading back up to the apartment and prepare for the day. After taking care of some household chores we would go on a mid-morning walk to beat the heat! After the walk and being fed, we would enjoy plenty of cuddles and indoor play time with their favorite toy. With approval from the paw-rents I might practice some training with treats or a lick mat for their pets to enjoy. After a few more potty breaks and the sun begins to subside, we’ll go on an afternoon walk around the neighborhood or even the a safe park (with approval, and if your pet is well trained with their recall) to enjoy to outdoor time before dinner!
