I grew up with dogs (my family currently has a German shepherd and an Aussie) and miss spending quality time with them on a regular basis. Currently, I live with one elderly cat and one young cat. In addition to dog walking and sitting, I have a good deal of experience fostering kittens, as well as caring for animals with chronic or terminal illnesses. I have a soft spot for elderly animals and especially love to spend time with them. (I'm fine with providing meds, etc. as needed.) I'm a graduate student, so my work schedule allows for drop-in visits or walks during most parts of the day, even during the work week. I don't have access to a car, so walks with me do have to take place close to home, but I love to take dogs on long walks or runs in their neighborhoods.
