Looking for walking buddies!

Pet care experience

Your ideal Rover experience: Knowing that your dog is getting sweet love and attention, a great walk, a good game of fetch or tug, some belly rubs and a treat while you're at work, out for the night, or on a vacation! My ideal Rover experience: Have company for a long walks around town, getting lots of puppy kisses, knowing that I'm the highlight of their lonely day (second to your return) and to be able to love them like one of my own. I have experience with high (aka never ending) energy dogs, the nervous and timid type, the lazy and unmotivated, puppies that need reminding of their manners, and those that are slower than they used to be. A tired dog is a happy dog! A tired, happy dog also makes for a pretty happy human :) ((Pics are of my happy dogs, living their best lives))

Chelsea is my go to when I need someone to watch my dog Dulce when I leave town! I've been booking with her for over a year now. To be honest i'm pretty sure Dulce is more excited to go stay at Chelsea's than when she comes home to me, and i love that. Dulce and Chelsea's dog Suma have been great friends since the very beginning and i know she loves being up at her big house in the woods. I can relax when i'm away knowing that Dulce is in the best care possible. Chelsea makes the process of pick up and drop off really easy and seamless, for me this is super important. She's also really great about sending me updates and photos while i'm away! 10/10 would recommend, i will always book with Chelsea while i am away!

Chelsea has always been amazing with my animals. She has an intuitive sense about her and what the animals need. Both of my dogs love spending time with her.

I learmed a lot about how to raise my pup by watching Cheslea with her and her family's dogs. Through daily walks in the woods, lake swims, and in-house playtime it's clear to see her talent in communicating with and caring for dogs of various energy levels and needs. One of the more stoking examples was watching her deal with her senior dog, Finn during a thunderstorm. A high stress situation for this dog, the storm set in motion a routine Cheslea must have developed through patient determination and problem solving. The two were cuddling together by a running clothes dryer on a soft dog bed. The noise of the dryer muted the upsetting sounds of the storm for Finn, and Cheslea's soothing voice and handling calmed him enough to sleep. My testimonial speaks not just to Cheslea's basic skill level in working with dogs, but to her talent in handling even the highest energy, neediest little ones.

Absolutely excellent! My dogs love her! My cat doesn't mind her either, and he hates everyone. Chelsea has been my go-to for a while now, decently available and always consistent.

Information Chelsea G. would like to know about your pet

Is your dog afraid of thunderstorms, or men in hats? Maybe they really love shepherds, but hate yorkies? I've met dogs with allergies to bees and eggs. What should I know about your pup to make sure we have the best time together?

A typical day

Long walks, hikes, or visits to the dog park. I would love to learn and explore your usual walking routes and trails, too! Training exercises and mental stimulation can also be very rewarding!

My day to day schedule is currently wide open. I do live quite far out of town so I would prefer longer care opportunities, either in my home or yours!
