Pet care experience
I have been a pet owner/friend my whole life. I have also been a part-time dog Walker and pet sitter for the past 4 years, and have enjoyed it every step of the way! There is nothing more rewarding then being able to play and walk dogs and get some fresh air in all at the same time. I currently own 4 cats as part of a blended family, and very sadly lost our dog to cancer after 11 short years on this Earth. Until we bring home another member of our family, this has freed up some of my time to be able to walk your fur baby or take care of your Kitty cats. I can do dog walks, dog sitting at your home, drop ins, administer oral medications, and check on your cats and clean their litter. Whatever you need done please feel free to reach out and ask and I will try to accommodate. :)

Crystal was a godsend! We have been searching for reliable, attentive, mature and kind sitters for our babies for a long time, and finally found one in Crystal. She took care of our babies as if they were her own. Followed my (somewhat insane and detailed) instructions to a T. Sent updates and pictures for every feeding, playtime, walk and bedtime. Came home to a clean house, and happy babies. Not sure who is more excited to have Crystal over again... us or our babies <3
Crystal was amazing with our two dogs and cat. This was our first time leaving them with a sitter and Crystal immediately put our minds at ease. Greyson, our biggest dog is 130 lbs and she was great with him. Not only did we come home to happy animals, but she kept the house nice and clean for us and left us some adorable photo magnets she made. And so many pictures everyday! We will definitely be calling on Crystal again! 10 out of 10 recommend.

I could not have asked for a more excellent sitter for my cats! Crystal looked after them so thoroughly and lovingly, and it was clear from the photos she sent that the cats warmed up to her quickly and looked forward to seeing her! Thank you for everything, Crystal!

I will respect your home as if it were my own and then some. I do my best to make sure everything is more than satisfactory for when you return. One less stress you'll have! Do they have any allergies or sensitivity to foods? Do they get along with other dogs? Are they OK with cats? What are their favorite things to do? Are they taking any medications? No breed preferences, ALL Fur babies are welcome!
A typical day
In my neighborhood and nearby, there are many walking trails (Quinnipiac River Gorge Trail in Meriden, the Linear Trail in Wallingford, the Farmington Canal Trail in Cheshire), as well as hiking trails. There is also a Dog Park in Wallingford, and one in Cheshire. My neighborhood also has sidewalks on many of our roads that make it a very walkable area. I like to play fetch and tug-of-war with pups and make sure they get plenty of belly rubs and ear scratches. :) When I sit at your home, I will abide by your rules. If you are okay with short hikes, I like to look at my All Trails app and find a suitable trail nearby and always keep the puppers on leash. All whatever makes you comfortable! Some people prefer it if there pets don't mind the car ride and if their neighborhood isn't very walker friendly or they don't have a fenced in yard. Whatever is best for you and your fur babies. <3

I am currently working largely remote so have been able to do some early morning, lunch time, and evening walks or drop ins, and am available on the weekends. Overnights can be discussed if needed. :)
