Hello there! My name is Chatrice. It's an enjoyable practice to acquire knowledge through experience. I’ve received my canine specialist certification in 2021, and excel in communication, team building, customer service, and problem solving. Since the age of sixteen, I've accomplished in pet sitting, boarding facilities, and animal shelters alike. Growing in the field I've had the privilege of working alongside veterinarians, ACO's, and fellow kennel technicians to secure the safety, healthiness, and happiness of all varieties of animals. I've gotten to handle various breeds, sizes, temperaments, and conditions of dogs, cats, mild farm and even the occasional wild critter. My responsibilities range from but are not limited to: feeding, exercising, grooming, administering medications, sanitation, housekeeping, training, transportation, and endless love. I've always had animals in my life; my goal is to provide my services and experience to ensure your pet is taken care of, and to you, peace of mind while you're away. It would be my honor and joy to become your dogs new best friend! Rover is the perfect place to assist me in doing so, where my passion resides.

Chatrice provided great care for our 7 (SEVEN!!!!) fur babies while my hubby and I were out of town for 3 days! She really put our minds at ease from the initial encounter we had with her. Chatrice is the pet sitter we've all been looking for. She is absolutely FANTASTIC. She is extremely detail oriented, communicates regularly with pictures and updates, punctual, kind, and clean. It rained while we were gone and you wouldn't have known because there was not a paw print (we don't expect this- just the level of service she provides). Chatrice is truly exceptional. You can tell she takes her job very seriously and she genuinely wants to provide the best experience for the pet & owner. She is a blessing to any family who would hire her to care for their pets. We enjoyed having her stay in our home and care for our dog. She is a dream to work with and she will be our first choice to use for a sitter again.

Information Chatrice H. would like to know about your pet
Before sitting your pet, I’d like to know your schedule of: medicating, feeding and potty breaks in order to remain as close to their routine as possible. I would also like to learn a bit about their personality and daily routine. I propose a meet and greet beforehand; this will allow me the opportunity to assess behavioral traits crucial to the care of your pet (such as): Do they have special/medical needs? Are they shy/timid around new people? Are they frightened of loud/sudden noises? Are they escape artist? Are they food/toy aggressive? Do they have a high play drive? Etc.
A typical day
On a stay with me, your fur baby will enjoy exhilarating one on one time. Whether we play chase in the backyard, stroll about the neighborhood, hike along trails or even go for a swim; all outdoor activities will be fun, engaging, and properly supervised for your pets safety. During unfavorable weather, playtime indoors, light grooming, learning new tricks, lots of pets and napping to dog-friendly music will ensure a calming peaceful atmosphere for your pups delight.

Although I’m currently working part time in the evenings (7-11pm) This still leaves my days, weekends and Holidays free for me to care for your babies.
