I have had dogs all my life. All of our dogs have been rescue dogs with the exceptions of one. We currently have three dogs; Chihuahua mini pin mix (Dunkin), king Charles cocker spaniel mix (Boomers), and a chow mix (Soto). I enjoy taking the dogs for walks, playing with them in back yard and just relaxing. Boomer is 13 years old I got him when he was 18 months old. He has epilepsy and requires medication. I am use to administering medication and he does and from time to time he has seizures, which gives me first hand experience with seizure disorders. Dunkin is six years old and loves attention; playing fetch with his favorite ball and just running through the house playing catch me. We got Dunkin when he was only 6 weeks old and had to be fed using a bottle. Soto is our latest addition. We adopted her when she was 13. She was the office dog at the kennel. We have had her for two years. She is our quite one who just loves to be brushed and patted. My first dog with a collie mix she we had her for 15 years. She was a larger dog who required a lot of assistance as she got older. I would have to help her in and out of the house as she had difficulty with the stairs. Bandit was a dog we rescued walking up the off ramp of the 118 freeway. When we first found him his pads were raw and he had issues with his ears. We had to nurse him back to health. We only had Bandit for three years. He was a Chihuahua mix. In addition to having my own dogs; I have also taken care of family and friends dogs over the years. I have done overnights, drop ins and walks. I also worked as a dog bather for a groomer for short while. I have house broken puppies and older dogs. My brother has a German Shepard who is over 100 lbs. I have taken care of him, which included overnights and walking. On a side note my family makes our own dog food for our pets.
