Hello, my name is Chartisia and I am huge dog lover! I attribute that to growing up with multiple dog breeds since I was 3 years old. Growing up they were like my siblings; as I got older, they were like my babies. I believe dogs are important members of the family and should feel and know that they are loved. I have experience with post-surgery dogs and administering medicine. I am used to watching the dog's behavior to look for discomfort, pain, or unhappiness. I can also help with any training or tricks you would like your dog to learn. Older dogs, shy dogs, or spoiled dogs are no problem; all personalities welcome! I believe in keeping you connected with your dog while you are away and will be glad to set up a system with you to keep you in touch with how your baby is doing (video chat, text, or pictures and video on social media). I do work part-time and will adjust as much as I can to match your schedule. Whatever you need to keep your baby happy and healthy while you are away, I'm here for you and them.

I don't know anyone more suited to be a dog caregiver than Chartisia Paxton. Not only does she have a huge heart for dogs, but she's pretty amazing at caring for them. Whenever a friend needs a dog sitter for a while, they call Chartisia. That's because they know she will care for their dog as if it were her own. What better person to care for your dog than someone who will love them as much as you do?

A typical day
There will be definitely be walks around the neighborhood and playtime at home. But if your dog is more active, we can take beach walks/runs or hikes on the local trails. And there is always fetch, tug of war, and other games at home.
