Sorry it took so long to leave my review!! She took care of my mom’s dog when she came for the birth of my son!! Wonderful person! Fantastic communication and made us feel very comfortable! Highly recommend her!!

This was our first time using Charlotte and I had a great feeling about her right from the beginning. She's great with communication and was willing to do a meet and greet at our place before our first trip so everyone (included our girls) could be a little more familiar with each other. We had Charlotte do in-home sitting while we went camping for a long weekend. Within the first couple of hours, we received a text letting us know she had accidentally locked herself out of our home. I didn't have my phone on me so I didn't see the text right away. By the time I did, she already had a locksmith on the way to let her back in (which I'm sure must of cost most of what she earned from the stay). She provided text updates the entire time and even ended up being pretty late to work because she stayed until the situation was completely resolved. Everyone makes mistakes and I can't even count all the times I've locked myself out of my home or car. The fact that she handled the situation on her own actually makes me have more confidence in her. She handled everything perfectly and I have no doubt that she couldn't handle any other situation that might come up when taking care of our girls. The rest of the stay went smoothly and we were provided with multiple pictures/updates. Our girls seemed very happy and content when we got home; which is a far cry from how stressed and traumatized they are when we pick them up from being boarded at a kennel. One of our pups has multiple medical issues and Charlotte didn't seem to have any issues at all handling them or issuing proper care. She even left a cute little bag of treats on the counter for other dog who doesn't have any dietary restrictions. I will not hesitate to use Charlotte again and I highly recommend her!
