A happy, wagging tail is the best!

Pet care experience

Most of my experience has been with puppies, generally between the ages of 8 weeks to 1 year, however I do have experience with adult dogs around the ages of 4-6 as well. I understand the importance of a routine and positive reinforcement when it comes to puppy training and behaviors, and have helped two pups get on a regular, accident free housebreaking routine! I personally adore larger breeds such as Bull Mastiffs and Newfoundlands, but love all pups! I believe happy wagging tails are the best medicine, which is why I love doing what I do. I have one regular client right now (12 week old terrier mix) that I walk 4-5 days a week, but would love to extend my network to new regulars! I also pride myself on my flexibility if you need a last minute walker in a pinch.

Charlotte was so nice and friendly! Our Penelope was dealing with some severe anxiety issues because we left, but Charlotte took such good care of her. She even did a little extra cleaning for us when Penny got sick. We hope to have her sit for us again!

Charlotte was great! She was super fast with all communication and was so easy to work with. She sent me photos and videos all throughout my vacation, and kept me informed the whole time. Everyone was happy and healthy when I got home!

Six weeks ago, I got a 9-week-old puppy. I asked Charlotte to come and walk her every day at 2:30, and Charlotte has been amazing! She sends me text or Snapchat updates, is always reliable, and has a very good rapport with my pupper Rainy. Sometimes I feel like Rainy is more excited to see Charlotte than she is to see me! It hurts me deeply, but I understand, because Charlotte is just that awesome.

Charlotte came onto my team as I was managing a group of Account and Technical Support agents. Charlotte's willingness to dive into areas she wasn't familiar with immediately made her stand out. She was one of my strongest team members right out of the gate. Her perceptive nature and strong grasp of common sense allows her to sort out any issues she comes across with a cool, level head. Another aspect of Charlotte that I greatly appreciated was her ability to consistently provide honest, effective feedback. Charlotte holds herself accountable for her work, and as a result was able to conquer any task given to her with ease and to the best of her ability. I knew I could count on Charlotte to handle any responsibilities I delegated to her. As far as dogs go, Charlotte is the first person I call to take care of my dog, Eddie, when I am going out of town for whatever reason. Eddie loses his mind with excitement when he sees Charlotte. She has always offered a great home for Eddie whenever he needs it. She's a dog person. Given the chance, I'd hire her again in a heart-beat for just about any job. I highly recommend her.

Information Charlotte N. would like to know about your pet

What commands does the pup know? How do they react to new people? Do they have separation anxiety? Are they a jumper? (I cannot handle large/giant breeds that are jumpers due to my 5'2" stature) Do they have any treat likes/dislikes? Favorite place to be scratched? Anything I should be aware of in terms of behavior quirks (barks at the door to go out, is terrified of the mailman, etc.)?

A typical day

We can walk all around the neighborhood, or if mom or dad says it's okay, we can go to the greenbelt, town lake, or the park. I'll help you find the perfect stick to take home (and politely leave on the front porch) for your owner. Friends who have pups may tell me "not to get him/her started" with the tennis ball, but I never back down to a fetch challenge! I'll throw the ball for days if I have to! DAAAAYS!
