Charlotte is THE BEST! First of all, we were super nervous about booking on Rover since we are new dog owners and had to book very last minute. Our dog is a Shepherd/Kelpie rescue and can be difficult to handle due to his previous trauma, so we wanted someone who was comfortable with him and able to handle his unpredictable behavior. We are SO thankful that Charlotte was available. Not only did Leo immediately fall in love with her, she also took the time to ask about any training we might need and worked on teaching him to "heel" while we were gone (as she had when she taught her own dog to be a service dog). As if that wasn't enough, she asked us if we were interested in introducing Leo to her dog, and ended up taking Leo on a few long hikes with him (some were over an hour long, even though we paid for 30 minute walk slots). This was beyond generous and gave Leo so much great exercise and socialization time! I should also note that one of these long walks was on THANKSGIVING, too. Charlotte also kept us updated the entire time, and sent us many cute pictures so we knew he was in good hands. :) Charlotte adores dogs and it shows through the care she provides. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic dog walker/sitter!!

I call her the dog whisperer! Charlotte has the most extraordinary way with animals. She will treat your pet as her own which means showered with love and attention. She is very conscientious about the dog's health and exercise routine. You can't find a better dog sitter than Charlotte!
