I have extensive experience caring for dogs. I worked at a Wisconsin doggy day care for just over four years. At this establishment, I learned to properly socialize, exercise, feed, and groom dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Additionally, I volunteered at the Oshkosh Area Humane Society in Wisconsin and the Kitsap Humane Society in Washington. In addition to watching dogs through Rover, I have experience with dog-sitting for numerous family and friends. If you book with me, I can assure you that your dog would be in very capable hands! Whether your dog is older, younger, small, large, high or low energy, I will make sure your dog has loads of fun in a safe manner! Charlotte did an AMAZING job with my babies! I am a very picky momma so believe me when I say she is awesome! One of my kids was in heat and needed her diaper changed...no problem! Another one of my kids has arthritis and needs twice daily meds...no problem! She played with my kids everyday, gave lots of snuggles, and even kept the house clean! It was so nice to come home after a 10+ hour drive and know that my kids are happy and well taken care of! She even took a bunch of pictures and had them printed out for me! So thoughtful! I will absolutely have Charlotte watch my kids again! They loved her!
Charlotte just watched our 3 dogs for the last 9 days while we were on vacation. I have pretty high standards when it comes to my dogs (yes, I’m that crazy dog lady)! All I have to say is wow! Charlotte exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I knew from our first meeting that she would take great care of my pups. I cannot say enough good things about her. My pups were extremely happy and well adjusted when I got home, they were still happy to see us, but it was evident that they got more than enough attention and plays in over the last week. After I got done greeting my dogs, I immediately noticed the house was spotless (including the carpet, which is a rare occurrence with three dogs)! She even did laundry, dishes, etc. I did not expect that, and was so impressed by how clean the house was! Charlotte also sent me updates and pictures while we were gone (which I love). She left a daily journal of how the dogs did, what meds they got, and many other details. It’s evident that she is extremely organized and detail oriented. She also left me a bunch of printed pictures of the dogs during the stay. They are great pictures, and they are definitely going in a frame. I thought that gesture was especially thoughtful! I highly recommend Charlotte for pet sitting, or any other service she provides. I am so incredibly impressed and would book her again without a second thought. The only downside about all of this is that’s she is moving out of town, which makes all of us sad because she really is incredible! Thank you Charlotte!
Charlotte did a drop in visit while I was out of town. I can tell she really cares about my pups. She also sent me a ton of really cute pictures. She will be house sitting in a few weeks and I feel very confident that she will take great care of them. I highly recommend her!
Charlotte has been a wonderful part of our dog’s lives the last year. She has taken such thoughtful and responsive care of our three beagles that I am so saddened that she will not be in the area anymore. In addition to the best pup care and updated communications we could ask for, Charlotte took amazing photos of our boys every time that she stayed with them. I’m going to frame at least a few. A typical day
I would love to take your pup on a long walk or even a hike! With your permission and my firm understanding of your dog's behavior with other dogs, I could take your dog to the dog park, as well! To keep your dog busy and tired during inclement weather (which we all know happens often in Washington), I would play inside or do continual training with him or her. Don't worry if your pup gets dirty! I will bathe your dog and even trim nails (depending on your dog's temperament with nail trims) if you'd like!
