We asked Charlotte to stay in our home for a week and take care of Archie, our 11 pound terrier/Chihuahua, and my son’s turtle, fish, and bearded dragon, while we stayed with family in California. We are happy she accepted. She texted us each day to ket us know that Archie was eating and sleeping well and enjoying his walks. Charlotte was both personable and professional, and made an initial visit at our home to meet Archie and ket him get used to her. While away we not worried about Archie and our animals, and could enjoy our away time. If Charlotte is available when we plan to go away again, she will be at the top of our list to call.
