Pet care experience
Hiya! I'm Charlotte and when I'm not flying around the world or making coffee at Costa part time, I'm missing my fur babies who are back home with my parents! I have grown up around animals and have had many different pets over the years. One of my own doggies is disabled so I also have specialised skills in caring for dogs with extra needs.

Charlotte was absolutely great with our little dachshund Pedro, she came and met him before the sitting so that he could get to know her and she could get to know everything about Pedro. On the day turned up on time and kept us updated through out the day and kept Pedro occupied with lots of games, training and cuddles and was totally understanding when we were running late. I felt totally relaxed knowing Pedro was with Charlotte and will 100% be using her again :)

I will try my best to accommodate owners' requests and am very happy to both house sit and board pets if possible dues to the fact I live on the second floor so I wouldn't want this to interfere with needs/behaviours of the individual animal.

Information Charlotte H. would like to know about your pet
I would suggest to a meet and greet with you first to ensure your dog is comfortable and familiar with me. This will give us time to go through any requests you may have regarding feeding and walking as well as any behavioural concerns you may have.
A typical day
There are some lovely areas to walk around near where I live and as a respectful dog owner myself, I would never take mine or anyone else’s dog off a lead when walking. If the owner is happy for me to do so, I can play games such as ‘find the treat’ and other sense games to encourage mental stimulation. I’m also more than happy to snuggle on the sofa with them!

Availability
As cabin crew, my schedule doesn't have a set pattern (although I do tend to have quite a lot of days off in a month). I will endeavour to keep my availibility and calendar up-to-date.
