Pet care experience
I was "the animal lover" as a kid. My parents were fully prepared for me to pursue an animal-related career. In case you're curious, I'm currently studying neuroscience and would love to get into animal welfare advocacy! It was no shock that my first jobs were on-call dog sitting and working for a local kennel. My favorite clients were two maltipoos, a golden doodle, and then four German shepherds. I was a member of the Creative Critters/Dog Club with 4-H and learned about dog behavior, body language, and stimulation needs by breed. I do my best to ensure the comfort of every dog I meet. Right now, the most prominent dog in my life is my soon-to-be roommate's crazy labradoodle. I've grown up with a cat who's now 21 years old so naturally, cats are my strongest point. I'm also preparing to adopt and owner-train a service dog in the future.

Charlotte is one of the few people that we trust with our pups when we are out of town. She is very responsible and respectful and loves animals. Our two pups are always excited when she comes to take care of them and they don't want her to leave when we come back home. If they see her when we are out and about they always want to go greet her.
We have 2 very spoiled pups, and Charlotte was an absolute Queen to Gem and King. These 2 will let you know if they don't like someone and will bark up a storm until that person leaves, so it was very telling that the first time Charlotte met them they settled down immediately and just followed her around the house. She stayed at our home and provided round the clock care as we had to be out of town and did not want to put the pups into a boarding facility. When she had to leave King even tried to jump into her car to go home with her! I give her 10 stars and would totally recommend Charlotte to care for your pets!!
