Dog and Cat CPR/First Aid Trained

Pet care experience

The first dog a pet sat was my sisters. He had separation anxiety as a rescue and so I was able to work him through that. He was recovering from an amputation as well, so I'm good with dogs that have a feel special needs or circumstances. One of my favorite dogs that I've sat was a Great Dane mix and my uncle has the sweetest pure bread Pit Bull. I'm currently working on adopting an elderly post-surgery Dachshund of my own, after growing up with a Labradoodle. I'm used to dogs of all shapes , sizes and needs. I used to be a competitive diver and swimmer so whatever your dogs physical activity needs I'm excited to provided for them and help them have fun.

Charlotte was awesome! I loved the words with photos of how she cared and Bonded with our fur babies. Our babies really took to her and animals are a great judge of character. I felt very relaxed and comfortable knowing that our fur babies were being cared for by Charlotte. Thank you soooo.. much!!

This is the second time Charlotte has cared for our kitties while we are out of town! She is so reliable (with communication & photos) and I just know our cats love her. I never worry when we are out of town because I trust her with our babies. Book with Charlotte, your pets will be in great hands!

Charlotte was great! She was so communicative and sent plenty of photos of our 2 cats. Our boy had an emergency surgery right before we went out of town, & Charlotte kept us updated on how he was healing. She even did warm compresses for him. She eased my worries and I know my kitties were in great care with her! 10/10, will book with Charlotte again!

My goal is to treat your pets like my own. If your dog just needs some love and cuddles during your work day I'm here for that. If your dog needs its energy run out that's what I'll do.

Information Charlotte A. would like to know about your pet

It is helpful to know what they're training level is. Whether they just know sit and are barely house broken, or if they know fancy tricks and are care trained. If you're hoping for them to get dog park trips it also helps me to know their comfort with cars. I prefer knowing their usual bathroom, wake up, and feeding habits as well so that I can keep their routines as consistent as possible. I don't have any breed preferences. I will love taking care of them no matter the breed.

A typical day

I love going off the sidewalks on walks and giving dogs the opportunity to explore some new smells. Tug, fetch, and tussling are some great backyard activities for active dogs. We can always take a leashes adventure in a park or nature preserve as well.

As a school teacher I have the summers off. I have very little to do in the summers and a very open schedule. I choose to fill this time care for pets.
