Charlie was fantastic. I needed him to be flexible with my timeline and he was very responsive and open to my needs. He took care of my dog for her first trip away from home and she was happy the whole time. I got picture and text message updates daily. Highly recommend Charlie for anyone looking to board their pet in the Charlottesville area.

Charlie was amazing! It was my first time leaving my dog, Beric, for the weekend with someone other than my family or roommates and Charlie and his girlfriend were wonderful. I needed someone last minute and Charlie quickly responded to my inquiry and I dropped off Beric just a few hours later. Charlie was friendly and clearly had a lot of experience watching dogs. Charlie took exceptional care of Beric and sent picture updates every day. Beric went along with Charlie and his girlfriend everywhere they went over the weekend and left him alone only for a couple hours on one occasion. Charlie took Beric on a 4 mile hike and to the park. Beric was happy and tired when I picked him up. Charlie was communicative, professional, and very trustworthy. It was great to leave for the weekend and be confident that my dog was in great hands. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Charlie will be the first person I ask to watch my dog in the future and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
