Pet care experience
I've had pet dogs and cats (multiple at once) for most of my life, and have been trusted by neighbors throughout my life to take care of their furry friends. I am a very active person who loves to play with and walk dogs with plenty of paw-sonal (lol) experience of handling different types of leash behavior. I am firm with the leash, generous with the treats and scratches, and totally down to walk to your dog's content!

Charlie was excellent! They checked-up on our cats consistently and sent us cute photos and updates after each visit. I would definitely ask them to pet sit for us again in the future.
Charlie is the best caregiver for my Chewy and Moishe! They LOVE her! She provides love, care, & shows them a fun time. She writes wonder report card at every drop in with wonderful pictures! She’s amazing!
Charlie was attentive, thoughtful and super communicative. Seeing the pictures of my cat being comfortable around her was great!
I can't say enough about Charlie as a person and an animal sitter! They always take that extra time for the extra pets and snuggles with my animals. Great communication and care for my pets and home. I couldn't ask for a better sitter and walker for my fur babies. Highly recommend Charlie!!!

I thrive when I am given clear instructions on your pet's wants/needs. When tasked to feed pets I do so on a regular time frame so your pet doesn't get hungry or anxious from a shifting schedule. I can provide as much attention as your pet needs, from playing fetch for an hour straight to simply chilling on the couch and giving pets and scritches a-plenty. I follow owner preferences on treatment of pets (i.e. frequency of treats/method of cleaning up after them/reenforcement of training and home rules).

I am open to most breeds and sizes; I would love to know your dog's typical behavior pattern including things to watch out for that you may have been working on with them in training. Your dog's general likes and dislikes in regards to interaction with people and the activities they enjoy would also be greatly appreciated. If your dog has any special needs as well please let me know; I am a fast learner and with clear instructions I can learn to take care of almost any dog!
A typical day
I love to play with dogs that need to get their energy out. We can fetch, tug-of-war, wrestle (to a certain extent), practice tricks, and if your dog likes to take breaks on walks I can find a good bench for both of us to chill and rest. I like to be very in tune with a dog's energy and am always careful to not overexert them, but also make sure they get the activity they need!

Availability
I work in the mornings Monday-Friday, but I can usually swing early morning visits (8am or earlier) and I am home most days by 3 for afternoon/evening bookings! I can occasionally fit in evening/overnight care on a client-to-client basis, feel free to message me to see if we can make our schedules align!
