I am a recently single, previous stay at home mom. I have also always (30 years now) done flower design, and have my own small business in floral design and flower farming at my home in beautiful mound, near lake minnetonka. I have had cats, birds of many species, guinea pigs (I LOVE THEM!),and grew up riding horses, but never owned one. and of course, multiple dogs of different breeds. I currently have a cavalier king charles and husky. Talk about two different breeds! The husky is a rescue, and has definitely challenged me, but he was a labor of love as a dog. he is getting up in age, but he still needs his daily walk, "talks" a LOT (especially to me), and is a big sweet goofball. The cavalier is a typical cavalier-all he wants is his mommas love and snuggles. He is the best dog, wants to make me happy, and is submissive, but not annoyingly so. Mornings, the boys get a walk right away. Then I typically work in the gardens cutting and weeding, and then I do any flower deliveries I need to do. By about noon, I come back home for snuggles with the dogs. It occurred to me that I should probably just add some more fur kids to my life! My 22 year old daughter is currently home due to covid, but typically resides in San Francisco with her boyfriend. She has done Rover sitting in SF, as well! That got me to think about it for myself, actually. To cut to the chase, your dogs would be loved like my very own, and I have been through a lot of different types of dog personalities, have trained two of my (previous) boys for therapy work at the hospital and hospice care, and would take great care of your fur babies while you are away. I just simply LOVE dogs. All animals, really, but dogs most especially. When I am with my daughter, she often has to tell me when she sees a dog ahead, that we don't have time to stop and chat, as I am likely to do so, even if time is not permitting!
