Please make sure your dog is bathed and clean before dropping them off. No stinkies please :) I normally can take up to two dogs at a time, however, I've come across this a bit where the dog doesn't get along with other pups, so in that event, $8 extra per night will be charged. I hope it's understood that in this scenario I am essentially passing up other opportunities at full nightly rate for the exclusivity of your dog. Thanks! :) If your dog breaks or damages anything during their stay (that is not a habit or behavior specifically mentioned by the owner), full replacement or payment of said object/thing will be in place. Thank you Any Information I ask about your dog that should turn out to be false you will be charged an inconvenience fee equivalent to the puppy rate per night. For example, if I ask does your dog bark and you say no, or not really, or anything along those line sand it turns out they do alot, you will be charged this fee. I'm sure it's understandable how this can be problematic. After the meet and greet, I hold the right to adjust the nightly rate based on how your dog seems behaviourally. If they seem high-maintenance, hyper, overly puppyish even if no longer a puppy, that is way more work, so it is only adequate to charge more than the basic rate. Thanks!
