My name is Charley, I’m 24 and moved to london 2 years ago. I’m from Aberdeen, Scotland and have grown up around animals my whole life. At home, I have a jack Russel called buddy and also own 2 horses (Daydream and Dettori). I often miss responsibility of having a pet and all the fun that goes with it. The thing I miss most about not having a dog in london is the endless love they give you and how happy they are to see you - since having river I have really enjoyed having dogs back into my london life. I have experience with rescue dogs who may take some time to bond with as I have previously owned one myself (Buster a Labrador cross). I also understand each dog has their own little personality so I’m happy to take time to get to know them and make sure they are also comfortable and happy with me. I work from home most days during the week, typically I’m in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, free most weekends -sometime I go home (Aberdeen) for a week, but this is always booked in advance so it would never be last minute.
