Pet care experience
Your dog will be safe, well cared for, and have a great time while in my home. Those of you that have left their dogs with me in the past and knew my wonderful Labrador Ely, With a heavy heart I am so sad to say that I lost my best friend and love of my life on October 22nd of this year. Those of you who knew Ely will miss him as well. I live in Tanglewood which has several trails for me to walk your furry friends. I am also close to several good dog parks if that is allowable for your dog. About this sitter: If you could look up (dog lover) in a dictionary, you would see a picture of me! I have had, and have been involved with dogs my entire life. Humane Society volunteer, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Obedience Training, and Therapy Dogs of America. I am retired, active, love the outdoors and hiking . Your dog will be safe and have a good time while staying in my home. Why I love dog sitting I love dogs and dogs love me. I have a special way with them. The biggest problem that I have is that many of the dogs I have cared for do not want to leave. Its like going to camp! About my yard I have a completely fenced side yard and a fenced deck. See pictures! I have experience administering medication and basic first aid with your instructions.

Charles is a very nice man and he has a great place to to take care of your dog(s). My dogs were very happy after a three night stay with Charles. They were well taken care of and I could tell they felt comfortable there. I would definitely book Charles again. Thank you Charles!!!

I love all breeds. I only accept house broken dogs. He must be a good fit for my home. I will need all information in regards to diet, medical needs and history, contact info, vet information, diet, feeding habits, exercise needs and anything you can tell me to make your dog as comfortable and safe in my home.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks There are several trails close to me. I live near the senior center and often take the trail from the center all the way to Pilot Butte. Dog parks if it is ok with you. Hikes with Bend Canine Friends if you approve. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Wherever he is most comfortable. In my bed if necessary. Probably in my bedroom on a extra pillow with Ely. See pictures! Time I'll spend with your dog I work out of my home. I would rarely leave your dog alone. I might take him or her with me when I am running errands, and if it of ok with you.
