My family has had dogs for years when I was a kid. I’ve always felt a fondness for dogs, and a connection with them. Several years ago, I lived in San Lorenzo, and one of my neighbors/friends had a wonderful dog, Chelsea. I just connected with her, and loved her. My friend one day told me that I always know when you get home from work. I asked how do you know, and she replied “Chelsea always goes to the front door.” We just had a special connection. My friend still says that I am a dog whisperer, which I absolutely love. I still remember taking out my childhood dogs who I loved—Snoopy, Socks, Muffin and Panda, all wonderful dogs. Dogs truly are special members of the family.
