Pet care experience
I love this field and still mostly do it for the pleasure of being around animals. I cant have my own pets due to my nomadic lifestyle, so this helps. I have been on rover and wag sporadically for four years and on trusted house sitters for 1 year, i just came drom a house in peru where i spent 2 months caring for 2 adorable bichon frises. I've learned to walk that balance of loving, playful and strict. I am not yet trained in pet training, but i love to tey. During my last sit, in 2 months i taught the dogs to stop pulling and got them to relax at feeding time and actually wait patiently until i gave the release word. I understand animals well and we tend to enjoy each others company. For the energetic pets, I'm happy to run, wrestle and roll around. For the lazy ones, I'm happy to curl up and pet them to sleep. I've even come to learn how to just comfortably occupy space with the more skiddish paranoid or grumpy ones. With cats, I have become a king of consent and usually can bond with even the crankiest and most fickle cats I love this work and look forward to more.

Charles is such a great caregiver. He instantly clicked with my German Shepard that has severe anxiety issues. Charles knew how to interact with my dog, Rico, by getting on his level and waiting for Rico to approach him first. Charles has what it takes to be a great dog walker for all personalities. Just the basics of how they do with other dogs and with people. As well as any particular quirks/preferences/triggers you think may come up. I'd also appreciate a mention of how you feel about them playing aggressively or with their teeth. I tend to roughhouse with dogs and don't mind when they get a little more aggressive or start using their teeth, but I want to make sure not to be enabling any behavior that will cause you trouble at home when they return. Is there any behavior you are trying to train?
A typical day
It really depends on the doggo. I enjoy adapting to their behavior and finding what makes them happy, be that a long walk with random sprinting, rough housing (with owners permission), playing with toys or just cuddling.
