I love this family! We just picked up our six-month old Bernedoodle puppy after 4 days, 3 nights with Charles and Baylie and their super sweet kiddos. From the time I initially inquired about a potential stay, they’ve been just lovely to deal with. I took our puppy over for a meet and greet with their family and their dog, Maude, prior to booking the stay. Both my puppy and I were immediately at ease, and I booked the reservation the moment I got home. Charles and Baylie were super flexible about drop off and pick up times, and they sent several updates with photos while our pup was with them. The couple of times that I checked in through the Rover app, I received a very prompt reply. It was so wonderful to know that our puppy was having a good time and being well looked after without nights spent locked up alone in a kennel. They will certainly be our first choice for future dog sitting, and we give them our enthusiastic recommendation!

Charles and Baylie were the nicest people we have met since we moved to Fort Collins! And they were even better with our dogs! They sent lots of pictures and kept us updated on everything going on that day! Our dogs had so much fun at their house because they were played with and given the love Charles and Baylie would their own pets! Our dogs are not easy to handle but they definitely handled them well. If we have to book again they would definitely be our first choice!
