I got a couple of updates throughout the day. He seemed to do well today and was happy to see me. I plan on booking with Charles again in the future
This was my first time away from my puppy for an extended time. I definitely missed her, but I knew she was in great hands. Charles sent me pics and videos during her time away. She always looked happy and looked like she was having a good time. His big babies were patient with her. I could tell she was having fun with them as well. I’m already planning my next vacation and I am most definitely booking with him again!
Charles did a good job with my dog and was very helpful. I would recommend.
Charles was great! Eased my mind as I traveled by sending pics and videos, and communicated often! Whenever I was just concerned I would text him and he would reassure me that my dog was just fine within minutes! Will definitely recommend to others and book again!
