Hi, my name is Charlene! I have a special bond with dogs and have 2 of my own and work from my home, so your dog will always have company and playmates. My family & friends nicknamed me "The Dog Whisperer". I am new to Rover.com, but I am not new to dog care & walking. I have hundreds of successful & fun walks through other agencies. I am a marathon runner and I can run/walk any distance your dog wants! I have trained, rescued and cared for dogs for decades. Many friends and family trust me with the care of their dog on a regular basis. I have rescued many dogs for emergency care and to helped them learn socializing skills to find their fur-ever home. My love of dogs is very deep and the safety of your dog is of the utmost importance to me. I look forward to meet you and your pup soon!

Charlene was my dog walker and sitter for many months before our beloved Mia passed away. Mia loved Charlene so much, I would book Charlene just so they could spend time together. Charlene took such care & compassion for her, even when those time that Mia just wanted to lay on her lap. When we are strong enough to adopt another dog, Charlene will be our walker and pet sitter for sure. Thank you for everyone and so much more, you made her life complete. RIP Mia we love you.
Happy to write a review for Charlene and her dog sitting skills. Charlene has cared for my dog on many occasions, without fail. She is prompt and communicates with us by text the entire walk on the other dog walking app. She gave me her code and will be using Rover. Book Charlene --------> you will not be disappointed.
Charlene has been my walking (with another app) for over a year. My dogs are so in love with her and she always makes sure they are safe and well cared for. She is an outstanding communicator and I feel 100% confidence in her ability to care for our dogs. Charlene is an avid dog lover, truly a lover of all types of animals. She has had dogs go as long as I've known her and they are shelter dogs, giving them a stable and loving home, and rehabbing their spirits and bodies is incredibly important. She is also very active in the local animal rescue scene, many times driving all over town to help rescue/recover lost pets. She's not a pet owner, she's s proud pet parent.
