I have a genuine love for dogs! I grew up around many different dogs at my home and it created a special place in my heart for them at a young age. I have done pet sitting and boarding for relatives and friends for many years all while caring for my own. I also have been working at a boarding and grooming kennel for about 10 years! I have quite the diverse experience with care for dogs. Whether it's at my home, my clients home, or work, I truly enjoy taking care of dogs (all sizes, ages, breeds and conditions) in every aspect that is needed for their care. I am a very active person so I enjoy taking walks (or runs) with dogs, training them, playing with them, watching them, spoiling them but also keeping them up to check on their obedience, and simply giving them all the love they deserve!! I am the perfect dog sitter or dog walker for you! :) At my home, it is not a fenced yard but there is plenty of grassy land for your dog to play! We live on about a 2 acre lot. There is also a park down the street from my home for the convenience of walking your dog(s). There are 5 adults who live in my home and occasionally my nephews come over to visit for the weekend - all who love dogs! So your dog will be sure to get lots of attention :). Our home is a 3 story old rustic Victorian farm house with all wooden floors. I have two friendly dogs of my own who love to take a stroll in the creek nearby or splash around in the kiddy pools when the weather is warm, so your dog might too! They also enjoy playing fetch and chasing each other until they get tired and need a nice long nap on the comfy bed or the cool floor, whichever they prefer. If your dog isn't dog friendly, don't worry! My dogs are in an apartment section of my home so they have their own section of the house separated from your dog. When Your dog comes to my house, please provide any food, treats, special toys, leashes, medications, or any specialty items that will be needed for their stay. I can provide food dishes and water bowls for them if needed. I also have dog beds (if they are not allowed to be on human beds or couches) and I do have several different sized dog crates if that is requested for the dog. Anything that will keep them comfortable is welcome while they stay with me!! Also, please let me know if you'd like for me to bathe and/or clip your dogs nails. I've been grooming dogs for a few years at my job and I'd be happy to provide extra services at a reasonable price for you while your dog(s) stays with me! It will save you time from your busy schedule! :) I look forward to dog sitting and walking your dog(s)! You won't be disappointed!
