Heidi had a wonderful stay with Charisse! We loved getting updates and pictures a couple times a day and Heidi loved getting lots of walks around Waikiki and hanging out with her new pal, Sophia. Charisse made us feel completely at ease with knowing she was in caring and knowledgeable hands and when Heidi needed extra medication, Charisse knew exactly what to do. We are so grateful for Charisse and the care she provided for Heidi. We look forward to having Heidi stay with her again in the future!!

Charisse was so kind and loving with my young golden retriever, taking excellent care of him during his first visit with her when he was feeling a bit anxious that I left him. She also gave me some wonderful, professional tips about how to care for his long fur and possibly training him to be a service dog. I needed the time to get some errands done, being a single mum and caregiver to a child with a chronic illness. Thank you so much for your amazing help, Charisse! :)
