Beware. We had our 3 animals (2 dogs and a cat) stay with Charisma, and while it was a bit of a drive to drop off and pick them up, it was worth the reduced pricing. No issues with our pet's first stay with her. I planned ahead to have her watch them all again while we were out of state for spring break this year. Knowing facilities and at home boarding would fill up during that time, I reached out and booked with Charisma a month in advance and pre-payed through Rover. She offered to do pick up and drop off for an additional fee, which was great. What was not great however was being completely ghosted by her. I reached out that morning to confirm the pickup time, and despite multiple texts over the course of 5 hours, and numerous attempts to call her number, I had to scramble to find a facility on a Sunday afternoon for the same day in order to not have to cancel our entire vacation. I ended up having to pay $695 MORE than the cost of boarding with her for my animals. I suppose this review is a warning that you might get decent inexpensive care for your fur babies with Charisma, or you might get an anxiety provoking, expensive scramble.

Charisma did a great job watching our dogs! They took to her immediately when they met so that was a relief. She sent lots of pictures so we can see that they were happy and spoiled. I was very happy with her service and would gladly use her again ?
