Chantell Hailey came to work for our nonprofit organization, People & Paws 4 Hope, Inc. wwwpp4h.org) in April of 2017. In the program she works with Guilford County juveniles (court- ordered and non court-ordered) who are taught to and train shelter dogs in preparation for adoption while completing community service requirements. Chantell is steady, dependable and works hard. She is respected and like by employees, families, juveniles and shelter dogs. Our class sizes are usually 6-15 juveniles and 10 - 11 shelter dogs. She handles the dogs in a thoughtful way, is very safe with their handling and care. She is an asset to our program and I would certainly recommend her.
