Hello there! I am a gal in her late 20s who lives in the Ojai area and absolutely loves animals. I am an alchemist, working with a local company making organic beauty & skin products. I also am an avid hiker and love the outdoors. Here are a few things about my pet-sitting and house-sitting experience! DROP-IN VISITS: - I grew up on a ranch around tons of animals (cats, dogs, horses, cows, rabbits, rats, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep, etc) - I have had dogs/animals for my entire life - I am very familiar with all types of breeds - Comfortable with large dogs - I am happy to provide photos and updates while I'm with your dog(s)! - I am familiar with and comfortable with giving medications. I can also watchdogs with special needs. HOUSE SITTING: - I have over 10+ years of experience house-sitting - I am comfortable with homes in the county and outside of Ojai - I pride myself in respecting your space and will care for your home as though it was my own - I am happy to provide updates while you're away

Chantel did a great job sitting our little Boston terrier! She has great communication from the minute you contact her throughout the entire stay. She followed our care instructions to the T and we came home to a Happy well taken care of dog! We would definitely rebook with her!
This was the second time Chantal stayed with our Gracie. She’s incredibly caring and sweet. It’s so nice to be away and feel confident she’s take care of.

Chantal was great! She was super comfortable with Hendrix, who is a pretty big dog and very stubborn! She took great care of our house and cats too. We really appreciated having her and are excited to see her again soon...

I am particular about what dogs I sit are allowed at my house, as I am a renter, have a beloved little Yorki Pom, and two pet ducks, Crutoun and Quackimodo. If your fur baby gets along with small dogs, is potty trained, and has good recall she or he is more than welcome to stay at my house for day-sits or overnights.

We can go on walks all around the Ojai Valley area. I love to hike and would also be thrilled if I could take your dog on longer & more adventurous walks. I already have two dogs that go almost everywhere with me.

I work from home as a Prenatal and Postpartum Chef in Ojai, so I will be with your fur baby all day. My pet-sitting schedule books up fast! I usually book two to three months in advance.
