I have taken care of dogs since I was about 11 years old. Dogs have always been my passion, and I love all breeds. I have dealt with dogs that have come from an abusive history, and need more gentle care. I also have given medicine to dogs per the owner’s request. I always grew up having no less than 3 dogs at a time and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes! I am a dog mama as well to a 4 year old fluffy golden retriever. I will care for your dog in the same way I care for mine!

Chanta was amazing! She watched my baby for my wedding night! This was huge because she was able to bring our pup to the venue at a certain time for us to take pictures which meant the world to me and my husband! She sent updates and pictures during his stay! Very easy to communicate! This was my first time using Rover and she made my experience perfect
Chanta is the biggest dog lover I know. She will care for your dog just as much as she cares for her own. I have no worries when I leave her with my dog. She sends me pictures of him playing and has great communication.
Not only is Chanta a lover of all animals, she is compassionate, trustworthy, reliable, and responsible. Her experience is also quite impressive since when she was growing up her family had three dogs and two cats. With her help, I know you will come home to a happy and healthy pet.

I have a fenced in backyard and I never let my dog go outside without me watching even with the fence. I always am sure to keep both gates locked. I also am able to crate your dogs if that is a normal routine at home!

I need to know if your dog has any aggressive tendencies as I have a dog here as well as a 1 year old, so I would need to take appropriate precautions with gates and a crate as needed.
A typical day
I generally will take dogs on walks at the local park if the owner is comfortable with it, but I never take more than one at a time, so if I have more than one dog, I will take turns. I also keep the dogs stimulated with outdoor play in our backyard!

I am always at home and never away for more than 2-4 hours so your dog will be carefully watched over throughout their stay at my home.
