Pet care experience
After recently losing my job as a travel agent I’ve been trying to figure out a new profession. I want to help others and who better to help than dogs! I’ve only had one dog myself, she was an English springer spaniel, we lost her 4 years ago and miss her every day. Although I’m not ready for my own dog right now, I started dog sitting for my friends dog this summer and it was incredibly rewarding. I’ve now developed a lasting relationship with their pup. I just love his reaction when he sees me or gets to my house. I only wish they went out of town more! I have 2 kids and one grandchild. My 11yr old son lives with me, he loves and respects dogs as much as I do. I have the flexibility, time and all the love to share with your furry kids.

Chani and her son were absolutely a dream to work with! We could tell they really cared about the safety and comfort of our dog, Gracie, during her stay. Chani had us bring Gracie over for a short visit prior to her stay to make sure she would be comfortable in their home and it was really relieving to know ahead of time our girl would love it in their home! They kept in great contact the whole time and Gracie left we'll taken care. Wi definitely be having Gracie stay in the future.
Had a great experience leaving my dog Nala with Chani and would recommend her to anyone. She kept me updated with pics and gave Nala tons of walks and attention. I will definitely be using Chani again in the future!
Wonderful experience! 5+ stars! Lars was happy, Chani treated him like her own. He demands walks and lots of attention and she went above and beyond, walking him more than 2 miles a day! We received daily updates and lots of pictures. Our inquiries were immediately answered. After 10 1/2 days the transition back home was super easy and he has settled right back into his home routine.

I would like to know your dogs temperament and prefer to meet them before they stay overnight. Although my son is almost as big as me, I would of course only want dogs that are ok around children.
A typical day
We have a very friendly neighborhood and trails nearby for plenty of walks. Decent sized fenced yard for playing. I will accommodate any of your preferences or special needs. Can assist with training and various canine needs.
