My husband and I love dogs and thoroughly enjoy taking care of them! Our friends are always asking us for advice from training tips, dog introduction questions, and even dog treat recipes that I make quite frequently. Anytime our friends go on vacation we are usually their first call! I volunteered for years at the Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley and continue to volunteer at multiple rescues helping shy and fearful animals overcome their anxieties. We have plenty of experience watching different types of breeds and personally own 2 rescue dogs from a very rural broken down shelter in Tennessee. They were quite fearful of other dogs and now they love meeting and playing with any dog they meet. We treat our dogs like members of our family, they bring us so much joy! We have a fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood and the dogs have lots of open space to run arounnd. I work from home and my husband works in Minneapolis so I am home to let each dog out as often as needed. We live amongst many walking trails which our dogs love. We would love to host your dog!
