I've had experience with dogs ever since I could walk! At age five i started taking care of our family dogs (I was born with dogs in the family, but didn't have any real responsibility until age 5,) and have been taking care of dogs ever since! I've watched dogs belonging to friends and family of mine, as well as a couple of clients, and every experience has been a blast for both myself and the dog(s)! I treat dogs like they're people because I firmly believe that dogs are family members and not just pets. With that mindset, I think that makes me an awesome dog person because I genuinely care about and figure out each dog's individual needs, and will go above and beyond to make sure those needs are fulfilled. Sometimes dogs have had a dark past before finding their forever owner and come with their own set of challenges to overcome (I have a dog of my own who was heavily abused before I adopted him extremely malnourished and scared) and I think I'm great at accepting and even helping those challenges.
