URGENT: ALLERGIC TO PEANUT BUTTER! So if you give your dog peautbutter, and they kiss me, my day will end Very badly. ~~ I've cared for dogs from puppies to seasoning old yellers. My first furbaby was a black lab, we fostered him for about a year until he was given a new owner. My second furbaby was a long haired chihuahua that stayed with me until she was 13, after making the most difficult decision in my life. The current love of my life is Prudence. An previous two legged lover and I purchased Pepper and Prudence together. The sisters are now unfortunately separated, but Prudence is nothing but a ball of love. No issues with throw up, poop, medications, or the occasional hair that can gets stuck in their rectum. I am willing to follow what ever instructions are necessary for your furbaby. I truly believe in the difference between having a pet or a best friend, I will do my best to make sure that your best friend is well pleased.

Chalice was awesome, she took the dogs on a nice long walk and even cleaned a little excitement pee that Luna had when she walked in. I will definitely hire her again in the future.
It felt great knowing that our puppy was in great hands. Chalice gave him love, attention, and exercise and even sent me updates. We will definitely use her again!
Chalice has always been amazing with my girl Cookie. I see how patient, loving and caring she is not only with her dogs but with any dog that comes her way. I would highly recommend Chalice to anyone who like me doesn't like to leave my girl but if I had to, Chalice would be my first choice.
Chalice is dependable, experienced, kind, and loving. I have had the pleasure of knowing her for many years, and in this time have seen her raise 2 dogs on her own, both very different from one another. She cared for Tiki, a sweet Chihuahua, with all the tenderness and patience an aging sentient being needs. Chalice currently bounds through life with her 3 year old boxer, Prudence, who requires exactly what my friend brings to the lives of all she meets - Enthusiasm!! Being an animal lover is definitely a pre-requisite for this listing, but in choosing Chalice, you will also be blessed with many wonderful qualities that make up a phenomenal human being - Loyalty, Trustworthiness, Empathy, and Humor. Having owned my first dog for 14 years I know the strength of the bond we share with our babies, and trusting someone to care for them as we do can be extremely hard. If this is your main goal in seeking a dog sitter, I highly recommend Chalice. She is the epitome of a Good Person and let's be honest, isn't that what you want in someone caring for your pup? :)

I would like to know the breed, if they have a 'finicky spot' to avoid petting or playing, if they have a favorite toy, food allergies, dietary preferences, medications, if the dog has any other needs - blind, deff ect.
A typical day
It depends on the client. I am also an artist whom owns their own studio and works during the week. If a client needs to do day camp, we would stay predominately at the studio. It's 1,000 sqft with literally next door access to a large field. Once 36th street opens up the distance between my apt and art studio is .5 miles! If it was solely up to me, we would go around downtown, maybe the white water center, or maybe even a hike on crowder mountain. Obviously what ever their favorite dog park is, I would treat the clients dog with the same compassion and undying love as I do for my dogs. I will admit, I am allergic to dogs; so the least amount of fur the better, I am going through dog allergy treatment otherwise I wouldn't sign up for this. But that is why I limit overnight stays.
