As a child, i grew up with a veterinarian for a next neighbor that always had 6-7 family/foster dogs at a time. In addition to having two family dogs to love and care for, I had the neighbor dogs also show me dogs would be a part of my life forever. The second of our family dogs passed away during my sophomore year of college, and it wasn't until after finishing college that I adopted MY first dog "Sierra"; a German Shepard Husky who soon proved to be my soulmate. I adopted "Willie", a Black Lab Retriever five years later. I am currently with my second set...'Dharma" and "Stoli". I have recently started working out of the home, and will be able to spend ample time with the dogs in my care.
