Dogs bring people together. I know how fantastic it is to meet people that love dogs as much as you do. It's really great to share that with other people. And all different kinds of people love dogs and need their own pups to get some lovin' while they're at work, or on vacation. This job gives me the opportunity to meets all kinds of people, knowing right off that bat that we have something in common. I'm friends with all the pet parents I've worked with. We still keep in contact and have great conversations (often about the funny and adorable things their dogs do). Duties: Maintained a healthy and loving relationship with the animals and their owners Bathed and groomed pets and ensured that they remain clean at all times. Took dogs out for walks on predetermined routes, ensuring their safety and well-being all through. Properly cleaned kennels and disposed of waste. Checked pets for signs of disease or distress, and communicated concerns to pet owners. Took care of wounded pets, ensuring that their medication was administered on time.
