Cesar is a loving dog owner who I've had the pleasure of hiring multiple times over the last 5 years! You can tell how your dog will be treated if you look at their dog, his dog is 13 years old and is in absolutely amazing health and is soo happy!! I have a border collie beagle that LOVES Cesar which is pretty hard because he usually doesn't warm up to anyone! Every time my dog sees him, he gets insanely happy like he has seen his long lost friend! This makes me feel extremely comfortable because I know he's in good hands! He is responsible and punctual and goes above and beyond for his clients! I don't know of a single person whom I recommended him to who has switched to a different dog sitter! There has not been once that I've come home to a mess or my dog not being how I left him. He walks him, plays with him, and sometimes watches him overnight! I will definitely never hire anyone else!
