Loving, Dependable and Flexible

Pet care experience

Pets have always been part of my life. I've adopted dogs, cats, birds, horses, and rabbits. Both my dogs are very happy and well adjusted. I am able to administer any and all medications on any timetable. Puppy/dog training is always a matter of consistency. I can teach them to heal, sit, stay, etc. Accidents are no issue! I am a seasonal tax preparer and work from home during the tax season. I am available 24/7. Even when I'm working, I am able to put your loved ones first!! Both my dogs are kennel trained and trained to stay in our yard. Our yard is large but unfenced. We have 50 foot leashed for those dogs we care for who are prone to run. When our dogs are outside they are supervised. We keep anything dangerous or harmful out of there reach. They are our "children" as ours are grown and living out of the house.

Celynda was such a nice lady and very sweet dog sitter. Our pup had a great time being spoiled and loved while we were visiting family over Thanksgiving! Thanks Celynda! Roxy looks forward to seeing you next year! ?

BIG TALK, NO WALK Negligence and incompetence put all dogs at risk. TLDR-- We recommend you reevaluate your perceived skillset. You don't have the space, physical energy, or knowledge to house large dogs. If your hustle is to board dogs you can easily forget about while you sit back and collect a check, consider never boarding a large breed ever again, for all future dogs' safety. Celynda, here is a clear list of the ways you failed at your job: 1: Qualifications--- You talked yourself up as an “experienced dog trainer”, gloated your 5-star ratings to us, and gave us unsolicited advice on dog training and nutrition (that contradicted what our vet had recommended) just to immediately claim you “didn’t convince us” that you can care for our dog. Hate to break it to you, but ACCEPTING THE ROVER JOB is all the PROOF we need. No amount of back-peddling will change this FACT. 2: Dog Safety and Supervision--- It does not take a genius to recognize that big and small dogs need to be separated during play. Accidents can happen. Your poor, half-pound dog must have been SO TERRIFIED that you let an admittedly “sweet” and “not vicious”, but “PENT UP” 100 lbs puppy play with him without appropriately separating them. Even dog parks and daycares have SEPERATE AREAS for these dogs to play. You failed to SUPERVISE, INTERVENE and SEPARATE our dogs and pulled the rug out from underneath us 2 DAYS INTO A 25 DAY STAY. You had months to prepare and were equipped with all the resources needed to separate our dogs. If you were unable to actively supervise our puppy, you had the option to crate him until you were appropriately available. Instead, you allowed him to become a burden to your smaller dogs. YOU FAILED TO PROTECT ALL DOGS PRESENT. 3: Care--- You were quite aware that activity was a contingency of our dog’s 25-day stay with you. Your attempt at claiming otherwise makes you a LIAR and FRAUD. We left you with two collars, a leash, a tie-cable, a ball, and toys. We would have NEVER left our dog with someone who did not plan on providing BASIC DOG CARE. Even DOG BOARDING centers provide APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES. 4: Emotional Maturity--- You did not appropriately facilitate our dogs through this acclimation period and swiftly sought to expunge yourself of responsibility the moment you realized we were not absolving you of blame. Making inane comments such as “that was so mean”, “I’m having a panic attack”, “I’m in tears”, “I’m trying to be an adult”, and “I never said…” are all pitiful attempts at emotionally manipulating us into exonerating you of the job you accepted and failed miserably at. Shame on you.

Celynda did a great job keeping my crazy puppy entertained during her boarding stay. I will definitely board her there again. Thank you for all the videos & photos too.

Celynda was fantastic! She sent us pictures of our husky the entire time during his stay, and he loved having puppy playmates. He was so happy when we picked him up. She did a wonderful job with his care :)
