In summary: - Celina did not follow the contracted schedule of care for meals and bathroom times. - She tried to renegotiate the payment and terms of care after she knew we left the state - She put our dogs in a state of compromised care by allowing others including a young child to be in control of our 70 pound dog and allowing the child to approach them while they were eating - After agreeing to take the dogs out to the bathroom every 6 hours on multiple occasions, she willfully neglected the dogs care by leaving them for 11 and 13 hours without bathroom break knowing they have medical conditions which require the regular bathroom breaks. - She removed the dogs from the premises without permission or cause. - 3 days into our 9 day trip for a death in the family, she wrote and said she could no longer provide care for our dogs.

Celina was great and we appreciate her taking such good care of our kitty! This was our first time using Rover and we’re put at ease as Celina provided detailed updates, photos, etc.
