Pet care experience
Growing up, my family has always had pets, but I also spent a couple of years professionally working in a pet hotel (aka a boarding facility) caring for cats and dogs alike, and it was one of my favorite experiences. I’ve also built amazing relationships with my clients on Rover over the past 7 years, and have had a wonderful time caring for their furry friends! I've learned to work with pets from all walks of life - from the very shy to the really rambunctious - and definitely know how to work with pets at all stages of life, including pets that need a little more care. I'll always give you consistent updates so you'll never wonder what your pet is up to, and I'll always treat your pet like they're family! I live in Shoreline with my trusty stay at home sidekicks Sonny, Murray, Oliver & Hans, and I'm willing to drive to most areas within the North to downtown Seattle areas. At this time, I have a pretty flexible schedule and am willing to work weekdays as well as weekends to help keep your pet feeling happy and healthy!

Celina has been looking after our kitties on and off for about 5 years now. She even has managed to charm our Very Shy Quarantine Babies… that are all grown up now. Very communicative and willing to be flexible when we give plenty of notice. Your pets may not miss you at all (ok - they will… but not so sad) and you’ll end up with adorable pix of your pets while you are away. I highly recommend Celina for your pets’ happiness.
It's hard to trust people to care for your four-legged member of the family, but we feel we certainly lucked out with Celine. We have hired Celine to do drop-in visits for our cat three times now and I would not hesitate to hire her again and again. Not only does she perform the tasks asked of her well, but she provides great photos and reports, and you can tell she genuinely cares for our little one - this is the most important thing. Celina takes great care of your kitties - and she has a great handle on their personalities. 2 of my cats are scaredy-Pandemic babies. They run away from the rest of the world, but are excited to see Celina.
We have Quarantine Cats - who are petrified of all humans who haven’t lived with them from the start. And it took a few weeks for them to decide we were OK. But Celina has been their regular extra food provider. And they have decided she is worthy. They now let her not only photograph them - but she gets to pet them as well. Which says it all for me. Celina will take great care of your pets, send you pictures and commentary.

I take a lot of care to watch their body language and never cross boundaries (no means no!) while also working to gain their trust through positive affirmations, neutral approaches, and (of course) any treats approved by you!
Information Celina G. would like to know about your pet
My own pups are a Chihuahua-mix & Rottie-mix, so I’m no stranger to small & large breed furry friends. I'm also a fan of cats of any variety! Allergies and medication schedules are a must! For dogs, please let me know if they have any route preferences for walks and how comfortable they are with walking near new people or other pets. I want to make sure that they are never in a situation where they are uncomfortable or unhappy!
A typical day
I love to stimulate pets both mentally & physically for cats & dogs alike! On dog walks, I make sure your pup has every chance to sniff the flowers and explore the route while staying safe on leash. When it comes to cats, it depends on their comfort level! I’ll always try some play time with cat toys or catnip if they’re up for it, but I’m also ready to meet them where they’re at.

Availability
I’m currently a full-time (virtual) student where I make my own schedule, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your furry friends! I’m available mornings to early evenings (8am-5pm) Monday-Friday, and am happy to check-in on your pets any time on the weekends.
