My name is Celia and I have been a lifelong animal lover and caretaker. I am studying anthrozoology (the study of human-animal interactions and relationships) at Carroll College and focusing on canines for my undergrad degree. I am offering dog walking, training, mild behavioral modification, pet boarding, overnight pet and house sitting, and up to 5 drop-in visits a day while you are on vacation. Drop in visits are 30 minutes and include feeding, fresh water letting out to potty, petting and cuddling, playing, cleaning litter box if cat. I am looking forward to putting to practice all my knowledge that I have gained over my lifetime and school year. I have worked at a local vet clinic so am comfortable giving medications and doing minor medical care. I have experience with hyperactive, insecure, reactive and shy dogs and am comfortable walking and caring for animals with those issues! I have lots of dog training experience and know behavioral principals and how to implement them in training; for a small additional fee I will provide training services during walks and/or housesitting services. I also provide training walks where I work on leash manners and 30 minute obedience or manners lessons are also available. Manners lessons are where human greeting and house manners are worked on and overall calmness and body control. I do not provide Potty training services. On a case by case basisI will work with dogs with minor behavioral problems such as mild separation anxiety, leash reactivity towards dogs or people, mild food or toy possessiveness, etc.* All animals are treated and loved like my own. For sitting services one 30 minute walk a day is included; you can purchase more walks for a small additional fee. Dogs will be let out to potty every 3-5 hours during the day. Lots of cuddle sessions and play indoors and out (if there is a fenced yard) will happen!
