Celeste came for the Meet and Greet, and I appreciated her flexibility and friendliness. She completed her first and third drop in visits for Rapha as expected. However, the second drop in was not satisfactory. She came in the morning instead of in the evening without telling me beforehand. She also didn't stay for the agreed-upon duration of 30 minutes, but only stayed for a few minutes. I know this because we have a tracker at home that records the movement of people in and out of our home. Reliability and transparency are two very important qualities I value very much in a pet sitter, and Celeste didn't quite meet these expectations.

We recently needed a new fur sitter when our usual gal was out of town for the holidays and ran across Celeste’s profile. From our initial message checking to see if she was available to the day we picked our girls up, Celeste has been extremely sweet and responds quickly each and every time. Our two pups, Lola and Lulu, absolutely LOVED staying with Celeste and her family and she absolutely spoiled them with belly rubs, blanket cuddles and bedtime snuggles. We were alittle nervous leaving them with someone new since they are rescues and scared of most people but they instantly liked her - she’s literally an animal whisperer. I love the many pictures she sent of the girls throughout their stay and she is a great communicator. She even surprised the girls with a squeaky toy on Christmas morning which they absolutely loved!! Celeste and her family were so sweet and welcoming to us and we will definitely be using her again. I can’t say enough positive things about her - she’s amazing! Thank you so much, Celeste, for an incredible experience!!
