I'm a former shelter volunteer who too often saw dogs stuck in cages awaiting their forever homes, after being brought to us sick, hungry and frightened. I still try to give back to shelters as often as I can, but now, I also want to help out those people who have welcomed animals into their families. I know work schedules are hectic and surprises happen. I'd be more than happy to take care of your dog while you take care of whatever you need to. And it's a win/win for me. I work as a reporter, and while I love what I do, it's not exactly a profession known for its lofty salaries. This way I can work with the animals I love and make a little extra cash. I have no fear of big dogs and am experienced handling difficult dogs. No matter your pet's size or breed, I can guarantee love, exercise, and any treats you approve of ahead of time. I can also teach basic commands, if that's something you're interested in!
