I truly love my job! Nothing feels more validating than building a strong bond with a pet. I’ve been doing petsitting full time for four years, but it was my first ever job as a kid as well! (I had to find a way to be around pets since I wasn’t allowed any!) My top priority is the care, happiness, and safety of your pet. I also like to ask a lot of questions to make sure my human clients are comfortable and at ease. It is a big trust to let me in your home to care for your fur family and I strive to exceed your expectations! I have additional experience with: - anxious/nervous dogs - senior animals - diabetic cats - parrots - chickens I love to maintain training protocol and encourage your pup with positive reinforcement. I’m a thorough communicator and will check in with any questions or concerns, especially if I notice anything health-wise. I have a special place in my heart for pitties. I'm a sensitive and intuitive person who will try to anticipate your dog's needs to the best of my abilities, and give them a joyful, safe experience with me. Cecilia did an amazing job watching my English bulldog Sophie for 5 days. I get very nervous leaving Sophie as she has certain grooming needs and can be very needy. She was very attentive to Sophie’s needs, sent me pictures and videos and asked questions about certain behaviors to make sure they were normal. I would for sure recommend her! She house sat and also took care of my home very well, including cleaning, taking out trash and washing the sheets before she left.
Cecelia took great care of both our home and our dog. She swept and washed towels and sheets. Our dog was super relaxed and happy when we got home.
Cecilia was amazing with our pups. Loved her update pics and know they were comfortable with her as they were so happy when we arrived home!!!

Safety: I keep an eye on animals while outside and make sure off-limits areas stay that way. I generally stay clear of other dogs, and I don't let them off leash at any time outside of the home.

Important to know ahead of time: I would love to get a sense of your dog's energy level and their health needs, as well as how long they can be left home alone. Anything that agitates them, anything they absolutely love! Also how food motivated they are to see how well I can use that to my advantage!
A typical day
A typical day: I make sure every dog gets the opportunity to get some energy out daily. If your dog doesn't need regular walks, we'll be playing with toys and running around together at home. I enjoy being playful and chasing them while making sure they're still at ease and having fun!

Schedule: I work for myself and some days I do need to leave the house for several hours, but many days I'm home the entire day to cuddle up with your pup. Let's check in about how much of the day your dog needs from me!
